User Registration Agreement

Acceptance of Terms This Agreement applies to your access to or use of the mobile phone installment payment services and related services provided by the Platform (website: www.iphone55.cc). By clicking "Agree" or using the services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted the entirety of this Agreement and the Privacy Policy. 2. User Eligibility Registration Requirements: Must be a natural person aged 18 or older with full civil capacity, or a legally established legal entity/organization. Must not be an individual or entity listed on a credit blacklist or posing significant credit risks. Real-Name Verification: Must provide authentic identity information (e.g., ID card, phone number, bank card) and pass verification. 3. Service Content Installment Services: Users may choose to purchase designated mobile phone products in installments. The installment periods and fees are subject to the website’s published terms or contractual agreements. The Platform reserves the right to adjust installment plans or deny services based on user credit assessments. Fee Explanation: Users are required to pay interest, service fees, overdue penalties, and other charges as specified on the order page or contract. All fees must be paid in full by the repayment due date. Overdue payments will affect credit records and incur additional fees. 4. User Obligations Information Authenticity: Ensure that registration information and submitted materials are truthful, complete, and valid. Otherwise, the Platform may terminate services. Account Security: Safeguard your account, password, and verification codes. Do not transfer or lend them to others. Users bear full responsibility for losses caused by account misuse due to their negligence. Timely Repayment: Users must repay principal and interest in full by the agreed due date and may not maliciously default. 5. Platform Rights and Responsibilities Service Adjustment Rights: The Platform reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate services based on business needs and will notify users via website announcements. Risk Control: The Platform may assess user credit through third-party credit agencies to determine service eligibility. If users engage in overdue repayments, fraud, or similar acts, the Platform may pursue legal action and disclose negative credit records. Information Protection: The Platform will protect user privacy in accordance with the law. For details, refer to the Privacy Policy. 6. Disclaimer The Platform is not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by: Force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, cyberattacks, policy changes). User operational errors or failure to follow guidelines. The Platform is not responsible for third-party website content or disputes between users. 7. Agreement Amendments and Termination The Platform may amend this Agreement. Revised terms take effect 7 days after being posted on the website. Users may request account termination at any time but must repay all outstanding debts and fees. 8. Dispute Resolution Disputes arising from this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent People’s Court in Vientiane.
